Dear Colleagues and Friends:

The Philippine Normal University Library and Information Science Alumni Association, Inc. (PNULISAA, Inc.) would like request for your support by participating in the election of the next Executive Board. All alumni of the PNU Library Science are qualified to vote. We will be very grateful if you could send copies of this letter to other PNU Library Science Alumni.

The ballot has the list of all the candidates. Please mark the box before the names of each candidate you have chosen to be part of 2009 PNULISAA Executive Board. You are to vote for nine (9) candidates.

May we also request for your personal information to validate the ballot and at the same time update our alumni directory. We assure confidentiality of your vote.

After filling out the form, please send it back to me via e-mail or the regular mail or you may give it to me at the Rizal Library of Ateneo de Manila University.

Please send in your ballots on or before Thursday, December 4, 2008. Winners will be announced at the General Assembly and Homecoming to be held on December 5, 2008.
